QOTD: what do you guys do when you feel totally uninspired with the whole bookstagram thing??(or anything creative!)

AOTD: well I have no answer, this QOTD is really for me to hopefully get some tips from you guys. I still love bookstagram and I’m on here lurking stories all the time, but I’m having a hard time getting myself to take pictures and post, both in my stories and feed(incase you guys couldn’t tell by my lack of posting). Any tips are appreciated because I definitely am not ready to leave this community, I love all of you! I just think my real life stuff and stress is affecting my booksta and reading life currently

I recently read The Medical Examiner which is another book shot(aka a short to the point book under 150 pages) by James Patterson. This is my second book shot I read and I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first (neither really blew me away but the first was more fun)

This one also said it was book 6.5 to the Women’s Murder Club series so that may be why I didn’t enjoy it as much. It dealt with already established characters from a main series and I just had a hard time keeping them straight and differentiating between them. ••
The plot started off interesting with a dead person in a morgue not actually being dead, how crazy and exciting! But it quickly turned boring and then there was another burst of excitement towards the end but I didn’t feel invested enough to care. All in all, I would say you can skip this one unless you want something super quick to read, even then, some of the other book shot titles might be better choices
